The spacious room offered comforts we needed and was excellent value. Although the sliding door caused an unfortunate finger jam, the hotel’s relaxing wellness centre and proximity to landmarks enriched our family bonding time. the experience was enjoyable, despite minor bathroom cleanliness issues. I’d recommend it for its quiet ambience and great service.

We arrived to find a bunch of festival-goers everywhere, and parking was a nightmare since so many were crammed in.

Exceptional and perfectly clean place, fantastic view of the lake and the Canberra region. It's own balcony and WiFi in the room and the comfortable bed. Hot and above average breakfast, with a wide range of food. Location: relatively quiet, so close to a cafe and restaurants, Kingston shops and restaurants, and Canberra and the surrounding region. A luxurious way to end my trip.
Uncomfortable area.

We ate in the VERY NICE restaurant with a menu of burgers and pizzas which was reasonably priced. The location in a good quiet area was perfect and there were a convenience shop and a market nearby.
Views appeared to be not so good.

The location near old and new Parliament Houses is fantastic. Easy walking distance to Kingston foreshore. The room was spacious and clean, with really comfortable bed and pillows. I appreciated the nice touch of T2 tea selections and coffee machine with pods. Parking in the basement felt safe and convenient. Cleanliness could be improved. The bathroom needed a thorough deep clean, with soap scum still visible. The iPad and phone were dead upon arrival, and I found some cutlery rusted. It was disappointing that there was no room service, and I expected a mini-bar stocked with snacks. Staff were helpful, particularly Jayden at night, but I believe some extra touches in decor could enhance the atmosphere. The reception area felt a bit dark and unwelcoming. Still, a reasonably enjoyable stay overall.

The hotel was very central to all the areas that I was interested in visiting. This alone made it convenient. Access to a few restaraunts nearby was also attractive, though I didnt use them I knew they were available. My children thought it was a very special place so it was child friendly too. Overall a very pleasant experience.
We were under the impression that a pool and gym were availble in the building. The photos online when we booked indicated this. We discovered that they could only be accessed via the neighbouring Hotel Realm. This was a little inconvenient as it was late when we got back to the hotel and making our way over was a little overwhelming. We were disappointed as we were looking forward to visiting the facility. Maybe this should be better outlined in your advertising for future guests.

A Great Stay at Burbury Hotel
My recent business trip brought me to Burbury Hotel, chosen by my director, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff were professional and attentive, making my stay both pleasant and productive. One of the highlights was the access to specialized treatments offered by qualified therapists onsite, perfect for unwinding after long hours at the computer. I indulged in a rejuvenating treatment that helped relieve tension and stress—something all busy professionals can appreciate. being part of the Realm Precinct meant I had easy access to Canberra's leading gyms and day spas. The hotel itself was beautifully designed and my room was spacious, allowing for comfort amidst a hectic work schedule.
Some facilities had issues.
